Fleet Builds.

Bringing heart into new construction.

I’ve always had a passion for art and design—even as a teenager, I loved painting bright, fun canvases and blending colors in creative ways. Then, through selling real estate and touring so many beautiful homes, I dreamt of one day renovating and designing myself. When the stars aligned a few years ago, I jumped at the chance to bring my creative passions into new home construction.

I began developing in 2021 and have since led four ground-up and gut-renovation projects in Newton—three completed and one in progress—totaling eight units in the $2M-per-unit range with approximately $4M sellouts per project. I manage the full lifecycle of each development: identifying acquisitions, analyzing feasibility, collaborating with architects, overseeing budgets and schedules, coordinating with my GC, and personally designing every finish and detail. I also leverage my sales expertise to study comps, price strategically, position each home, and lead all marketing efforts. My process blends disciplined project management with a forward-thinking understanding of buyer preferences and emerging design trends.

To me, it’s not just about building a home—it’s about creating the feeling of home. My design aesthetic brings a bit of magic and whimsy while staying practical and efficient for everyday living. And of course, making sure to add a “pop of color” where I can like my signature statement front doors.

I hope you enjoy the views!

Every Project Starts with a vision

He sees excavators.

I see possibility.

Every home I build begins with finding the right property and imagining what it can become.

When my son watches a house come down, he sees excavators. I see the opportunity to create a home where another family will build memories.

If you’re considering selling — whether it’s an inherited property, an investment property, or simply time for a change— I’d love to talk.

I purchase homes directly with flexible timelines and no financing contingencies.
