First Time Buyer Service
Our goal is always to educate you first, because when you’re prepared, the process can feel less overwhelming! So, with new clients, we always offer a virtual 1st time Home Buyers consult.
We take new buyers through a “home buying 101” session, or as Melanie calls it: a crash course! Basically, we take an 8-hour home buying class and make sure you have all the crucial basics within an hour. We will talk through your needs, the home buying process, and even review a sample offer.
Buying a home for the first time can be an enormous life decision and we want to make sure the process is as seamless and as easy for you as possible.
